KOHLER ENGINES ENGINE PARTNERS, LLC, a Japanese manufacturer of medical and medical-related parts, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to supply the engine parts to several major American medical institutions, including hospitals, hospitals and primary care physicians.
The deal, announced today by Kohler Engineering Partners, LLC (KOHLER), will enable the company to supply more than 100kci of the engine components to U.S. hospitals, doctors, and hospitals that rely on its Kohler Medical Engine Parts (KMEP) system for patient care.
The deal also includes the supply of additional engine parts, including the power units and valve covers, to the hospital systems.
The partnership with U.K.-based KMEP was initially announced in February, and the two companies began manufacturing the engines for the KMEPs in November 2017.KOHLLER ENGINENS engines are used to power the medical equipment used by American hospitals, physicians, and primary health care facilities.
The engines are also used in the medical diagnostic and treatment of various conditions, such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
KMEPS are used for various types of patient care, including patient education and rehabilitation.
Kohler Engineering partners with several U. S. hospitals and the U. K. government to supply engine parts for the engines.
The engine parts supply is expected to increase in volume over time, and is expected in the first half of 2019.
